June Luncheon – Maximizing Your Marketing Budget

Dr. Todd White, President of the Brewing + Distilling Center, discusses the expanding brewing industry and shares how start-up breweries leverage limited funds to make their name in the marketplace. He and his team of instructors, brewers and distillers have been helping people reach their goals in the industry for over 3 years.
Brewing + Distilling Center:
The Brewing and Distilling Center’s (BDC) primary function is to educate and train folks for brewing and distilling positions in those industries. In the Knoxville area, alone, the BDC team has placed at least 15 brewers and distillers in the field. The BDC also supports the area brewing industry with hobbyist classes, Quality Control (microbiology testing), Professional Short Courses, consulting, and other services like Beer Analysis by a BJCP panel.
